Surgery Opening Times
These timings include emergency slots and telephone consultations.
Our appointments system is intended to help provide you with the most appropriate nurse or doctor service to meet your medical needs. Unfortunately it is not always possible to give all patients the appointment of their choice all the time. We do however aim to provide a mix of:
- Same day appointments
- Pre-bookable appointments, up to one month ahead
- telephone consultations
Doctor and Nurse Consultations are generally 10 minutes. Should you require a longer appointment slot please inform reception on booking.
Book On the Day (urgent) Appointments
We offer on the day appointments at various times throughout the day every day. These appointments are available by ringing the receptionist.
They are for patients with a health problem that needs attention that day, they are not for routine matters.
Our receptionists have been trained by the GP’s to ask very basic questions about the reason for your appointment and they are offered to all who need one.
