If we fail to meet your expectations from our services and you feel the need to complain please do so either verbally or in writing, we will take them seriously whether it is about a GP, nurse or staff member. Most of the complaints/issues can be resolved very quickly by talking to each other.
Please inform us of your intention within 12 months of the incidence with a full factual incidence and your further intention in writing. Beyond this timescale it is at the discretion of the practice as to whether to investigate the matter.
Complaints should be addressed to the complaints manager.
Complaining on Behalf of Someone Else
Please note we keep strictly to the rules of medical confidentiality. If you are complaining on behalf of someone else.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2-3 days and there will generally be an exploration within a week. We always strive to maintain a good practice relationship.
